What is Justice Democrats?
Justice Democrats is a federal progressive political action committee (PAC) powered by grassroots donations. The about page states the mission verbatim: "To build people power in our country by electing a bloc of working class leaders in Congress who meet the urgency of our political moment and serve the people's agenda — not the interests of big corporate donors." The organisation operates under a corporate-money-refusal principle verbatim: "Justice Democrats do not take any corporate PAC or corporate lobbyist money."
Founded in 2017, Justice Democrats has built one of the most consequential progressive electoral infrastructures of the past decade. The Hiring page describes the trajectory verbatim: "Through recruiting and winning in upset elections since 2018 that no one thought were possible — from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, & Summer Lee to helping elect the rest of the Squad."
The organisation's contribution to policy framing is summarised verbatim: "Through working alongside so many others to help introduce the Green New Deal to build solutions that matches the scale of our crises, popularize Medicare for All and refusing corporate PAC money as a bare minimum requirement for political office, and Rejecting AIPAC as a red line for members of conscience in Congress."
Financial scale is meaningful: verbatim "Through taking on tens of millions of dollars in opposition spending from the billionaire class and attacks from all sides, especially AIPAC and now Crypto, AI — and continuing to build the infrastructure necessary to recruit and elect working class people to our highest levels of power in spite of it."

The 4DW claim is not currently verifiable from a first-party Justice Democrats source (the Hiring page references the ED search and Alexandra Rojas's transition without enumerating schedule policy; the BambooHR ATS shows no current openings at time of capture).
