What is Infiterra?
Infiterra is a Greek B2B software company that sells a subscription commerce platform to IT distributors, managed service providers (MSPs) and telcos. The platform automates the subscription workflow from quote to bill: catalogue management, a cloud marketplace, subscription billing, credit risk and reseller management, with vendor integrations such as Microsoft and Adobe. The About page says it is "Building upon the heritage of interworks.cloud, which launched Europe’s first cloud marketplace in 2012", and describes a platform "supporting 80k+ users across 75 markets, managing 400 published marketplaces, and processing over 1 million invoices annually". The ads cite "100+ customers in 75 countries". LinkedIn lists the company as privately held, founded in 2012, with 51-200 employees and its headquarters in Pylaia, Central Macedonia, in the Thessaloniki area. The CEO, CPO and CTO are named as co-founders.
Where will I work?
Infiterra is remote-first. The careers page says "We have a work from anywhere policy", shows 90% of staff as remote, and adds "Our work-from-anywhere policy gives you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever suits you, without missing a beat." The engineering ads say "Remote-first: work from anywhere", with optional in-person meet-ups. All five live ads are listed as remote in Greece: three in R&D (a Senior AI Engineer, a Senior Software Engineer on .NET and a Software Engineer), one Implementation Consultant / Customer Success Manager and a general application. The AI Engineer ad accepts candidates based in Greece or the UK and says "This is a fully remote senior individual-contributor role based in either Greece or the UK, with periodic in-person collaboration." The customer success role is "based in Greece" and works with international customers.
What is the Infiterra team like?
The careers page describes a "global-first company" with 110+ employees in 7 countries, where "Daily work life includes agile stand-ups, cross-functional team collaborations, and hands-on problem-solving to drive impactful results". It says "We encourage a culture of autonomy and accountability". The values are Innovation, Performance, Trust, Selflessness and Curiosity, and the team meets in person a few times a year, for example at a January All-Hands. Engineering ads describe agile Scrum teams, peer-led code reviews and end-to-end ownership of features. Hiring runs through a conversation with the talent team, a take-home assignment, a technical interview with the team and a final interview with the hiring lead.
Work-Life Balance
Under Benefits, the careers page lists "Flexible working hours" next to "Remote-first & hybrid work" and a "Work-from-anywhere scheme", and four of the five live ads repeat it: "Flexible working hours." The page also says "Our teams work across multiple time zones, embracing flexibility, remote work, and innovation to create a dynamic and supportive environment". No core-hours window or required overlap is published; the agile stand-ups mean some shared team time, so ask which hours your team keeps. The ads and careers page do not state a leave policy.
