About inBeat Agency
What is inBeat Agency?
inBeat Agency is a marketing agency that sells influencer marketing, UGC (user-generated content), performance creative, paid media and growth-marketing services to brands. Its homepage says "We grow brands through data-driven creative designed to perform & scale across channels" and reports "250+ Creators across 19 countries" and "300+ Assets shipped per month" (read on 6 November 2026). The About page places it inside a larger group: "inBeat is one of the agencies in the Fieldtrip network. Each agency runs on its own, with its own craft and its own team." One of its adverts describes the group as "Fieldtrip is a network that brings together small, specialised agencies, built around a belief in human craft." The agency's own blog says "inBeat Agency is headquartered in Canada, but has a strong presence and offices in the US." and its Office Information page lists offices in Montreal, New York and Los Angeles.
Where will I work?
The adverts are for remote work. Five of the 13 live adverts list "Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)", and the Account Manager advert says "This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere/everywhere in the world." The careers board nevertheless tags every role to named countries. On 6 November 2026 the board's 13 adverts (two of them for the sister brand Creative Milkshake) were open in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, South Africa, Canada, the United States, Serbia, Poland, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Spain, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. The eight adverts with flexible-hours wording are open in Latin America, South Africa, Canada, the United States, Serbia, Poland and the Netherlands. Time-zone overlap matters: three adverts say "EST overlap required", the UGC Manager advert says "This is a full-time, fully remote position, with EST working hours overlap required." and the IT Manager advert says "Remote by design. Work from anywhere with 4h EST overlap." Check the required overlap hours before you apply.
What is the inBeat Agency team like?
The About page says "We’re a global team of tight-knit creatives, held together by a shared love of data, performance, and work that actually earns people’s attention." It lists 16 leaders and team leads with local times of 09:00 EST, 16:00 CET and 05:00 MST, and names three working principles: "Creatives loyal to data", "Social as starting point" and "Creator-first". The Video & Design Lead advert says "250+ team members globally", while the IT Manager advert talks of "~200 people across 15+ countries". The adverts describe the culture in their own words: "Culture built on autonomy, transparency, and high performance", "Low bureaucracy. High ownership. You will not be waiting for permission to fix things" and "Global pods (meet creatives from all around the world)". The roles on the board cover influencer marketing, UGC, performance creative, video and design, account management, creative operations, IT and sales development.
Work-Life Balance
The same benefits block appears across functions and countries. Nine of the 13 adverts list "Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days" and eight list flexible hours: "Flexible working hours (EST overlap required)" in the Influencer Marketing Manager advert, "Flexible hours (EST overlap required)" in both UGC adverts, "Flexible working hours" in the Video & Design Lead advert and "Flexible hours" in the Performance Creative Strategist, Senior Performance Creative Strategist, Account Manager and Head of Internal Product adverts. These include the three adverts tagged to Canada, where the company is headquartered. No core-hours window, weekly hours, minimum number of days off or approval process is stated, and both UGC adverts also ask for someone "Available to work during EST business hours.", so the flexibility sits inside the EST overlap. The sister brand Creative Milkshake, whose two adverts share this board, states "Time Off: 21 days PTO + 7 Paid Sick Days" instead, so the unlimited line is not a group-wide policy. Ask in the interview how unlimited time off works in practice, how the overlap hours are agreed and whether your contract is employment or contractor work: the adverts do not say, but the IT Manager advert calls the group "remote-first, contractor-heavy" and lists a "Contractor-friendly setup". The adverts also describe a "high performance" culture and fast growth.
