Hoop's mission is to help teams work better asynchronously, starting by empowering organizations to make better decisions faster—without endless meetings.
Though there's an entire field of research around decision science, most teams operate without proper tooling or processes to support effective decision-making. This results in calendar overload, constant meetings, and even more ambiguity. Hoop solves this by helping teams bring clarity to their decision-making process, empowering them to surface issues, discuss options, and make decisions asynchronously—all while integrating seamlessly with the tools they already use.
