About Fyorin
What is Fyorin?
Fyorin is a Malta-based fintech that sells a treasury and financial operations platform to businesses. Its home page says "Unify your treasury & automate financial operations in 100+ currencies from one powerful platform." The product covers treasury management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense management, with virtual accounts, international payments, foreign exchange and cards, and it connects to accounting and ERP systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics. Fyorin is a trading name of PorterPays Limited, and the About page states that "We are licensed and regulated by Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA)" for payment services as an Account Information Services Provider. On 6 November 2026 the About page said "Today, over 400 businesses and 1,000+ finance professionals across industries trust Fyorin to modernise treasury and simplify financial operations." The GLEIF register records the legal entity as created on 30 September 2019.
Where will I work?
The contact page lists two locations: a Malta office at "Penthouse, Level 3 Central Building Triq il-Burdnara Qormi QRM 3550" and a United Kingdom address at Englefield Green. All six adverts open on 6 November 2026 are in Malta: two in Qormi (Commercial Account Manager, Client Relations Officer) and four in Birkirkara (Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack Angular Developer, Junior Software Developer and Front-End Developer (Angular)). The careers page tags the two roles it lists as "Malta / Full-time / Partially remote" and its flexible working entry says "Work from home or from our office", while the Commercial Account Manager advert describes a "Remote-first work environment with flexible hours". How many days are spent in the office is not stated on the pages read.
What is the Fyorin team like?
The About page names three co-founders: James Camilleri (CEO), Christian Joseph Agius (CFO/COO) and Brian Vella (CTO). The Commercial Account Manager role "reports directly to the CEO & Co-founder", and that advert promises you can "Work closely with the founding team and have a direct impact on the sales strategy and growth". The careers page describes "a team that values collaboration and a relentless pursuit of excellence" and says "we encourage all team members to take ownership of their work". A Product Marketing Manager quoted there says "Working at Fyorin is perfectly balanced." Two engineering adverts (Junior Software Developer and Front-End Developer (Angular), released in 2024 and 2023) say: "As a small team, we are agile and deliver payment solutions for our customers in a fast and efficient manner." Open roles today are engineering (Java/Kotlin and Angular), sales and client support. The pages read do not state a headcount.
Work-Life Balance
The company-level wording is on the careers page: "We believe in work-life balance and understand that flexible working can help you achieve that. Work from home or from our office. We count results, not hours spent at the desk." In the adverts, "Flexible working hours" is listed as a benefit in five of the six openings (Client Relations Officer, Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack Angular Developer, Junior Software Developer and Front-End Developer (Angular)), and the sixth, the Commercial Account Manager, lists a "Remote-first work environment with flexible hours". So all six adverts carry it, across client support, engineering, IT and sales. No core-hours window, weekly-hours figure or annual-leave entitlement is stated on the pages read. The Client Relations Officer advert says support is delivered "via email and live chat across multiple time zones", and the shift pattern for that role is not described.
