The impact report says "90% of the team feel colleagues are there to help them achieve a positive work-life balance". The same page says "We're not actively recruiting for permanent staff at the moment" and asks freelancers to get in touch, so no permanent roles were open on 2026-10-18.

Forster says it pays "an additional 5% of salary for your 3% contribution" to a pension top-up.
