"After seeking a way to boost productivity and offer employees a better work-life balance, Firefly Education has proudly adopted a 4-day work week (4DWW). All members of staff have jumped on board enthusiastically and together we have devised and implemented efficiencies to ensure we are able to maintain 100% of our productivity in fewer hours."
New operating hours: "Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm AEST. Fridays closed (We will also be closed on public holidays and over the Christmas period.)"
Education Consultants are included: "Our team of Education Consultants will also operate a 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday (with start and finish times in line with their local area)."
For customers: queries received after 5pm Thursday are answered from Monday onwards, with online-platform reliability protocols in place.
