About feedbackpeople
What is feedbackpeople?
feedbackpeople (FEEDBACKPEOPLE Managementberatung GmbH) is a German management consultancy specialising in leadership selection and leadership development. Founded in 2012 and based in Greven, in the Münster region of North Rhine-Westphalia, it positions itself as a specialised partner to HR functions for assessing and developing managers and high-potentials. Its motto — "In FEEDBACK we trust!" — captures the promise that every engagement ends in well-founded, appreciative feedback.
Its work spans management diagnostics (assessment centres, including remote, single and development centres, plus Discovery Days), leadership development (training, coaching, development programmes and workshops) and digital HR tools such as GrowInTheRole, a Digital AC App and 360-degree feedback.
Where will I work?
feedbackpeople is headquartered in Greven, in Germany's Münsterland, and recruits nationwide, with consultants working across Münster, Osnabrück, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Berlin and Hamburg. Consulting is delivered both on-site at clients and remotely, in German and English.
What is the feedbackpeople team like?
The consultants are trained psychologists with a strong business orientation and years of project experience across large corporates, Mittelstand "hidden champions" and start-ups. The firm describes itself as "ein echtes Team" (a genuine team) and keeps its methods current through research partnerships with the University of Münster and FU Berlin, sharing knowledge at events such as the Personalmanagementkongress and Zukunft Personal.
Work-Life Balance
feedbackpeople runs a four-day week (Monday–Thursday) at full salary. Its own contact page states the firm is reachable "von Montag bis Donnerstag (4-Tage-Woche) … 8:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr," with Fridays kept free (an emergency line covers anything urgent), and its job adverts spell out a "4-Tage-Woche bei vollem Gehalt" — a four-day week at full pay, giving consultants a genuine three-day weekend.
