Who We Are
Evolved (operating as Evolved Digital Marketing Ltd, Company No. 09161250) was founded in 2014 with the mission to create and drive an agency that is genuinely different and acts as a positive force for our people, clients, and industry. We're a performance marketing agency based at Lower Steenbergs Yard, Walker Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2DF, and we're a certified Great Place to Work for a reason.
We place equal importance on the quality of work we deliver and the quality of life enjoyed by every team member. Our founders and senior leadership team all spent many years in other agencies, and when building Evolved they made a deliberate choice to run an agency differently. We're proud to be recognised as Great Place to Work Certified, on the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list, and as a UK Best Workplace 2023.
