What is Elnatan IT Solutions?
Elnatan IT Solutions is a Pretoria-based IT services company that has operated for around 30 years (founded 1996), providing onsite and remote ICT services to small and medium businesses across Southern Africa. Its services span managed IT support, bespoke software solutions, enterprise and consumer hardware supply, cybersecurity, internet and cloud services.

A small, fast-growing team (~20 people) of systems engineers, field technicians, solutions architects and support staff.
Work-Life Balance
Elnatan took part in South Africa's first national 4-day-week pilot (4 Day Week Global, March–August 2023) and then fully switched over to a four-day week for the majority of staff. As HR officer Annerike Meiring put it, "Elnatan has overall achieved success with the four-day week and will continue"; staff reported gains in productivity, mental wellbeing and time for personal goals.
