East Marsh United is a grassroots community organisation and Community Benefit Society based in Grimsby, founded in 2017. The organisation works to improve the East Marsh area through a range of community-led initiatives including ethical landlording, community-led housing, urban greening, arts programmes, and cultural events.

As an ethical landlord, East Marsh United acquires and renovates properties to provide affordable, high-quality housing for the local community. Where will I work?

East Marsh United is based in the East Marsh area of Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. Roles are primarily onsite, working directly within the community. This includes office-based work at the organisation's headquarters, hands-on project work in community spaces, and engagement activities across the East Marsh neighbourhood.

What is the team like?

With approximately 13 employees, East Marsh United is a small, dedicated team of community development professionals, housing specialists, arts practitioners, and project managers. The team is deeply embedded in the local community and driven by a shared commitment to grassroots regeneration and social justice.
