Where will I work?
Roles are based in Northern Ireland. The head office is in Belfast, with operations teams including a Customer Service Delivery site at Killeaton, business centres and the branch network. Live vacancies on the bank's Oracle recruitment site are Belfast-based and flagged hybrid.
The stated approach is "Better when Together" — the bank wants "to balance the benefits of teaming up in person with flexible working". Job ads are explicit that home-first is not on the table: a recent Belfast posting states that "fully remote working is not available in this role, which requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office".
What is the Danske Bank UK team like?
The bank organises into six areas. Personal Banking is the largest, covering branches, the Customer Direct contact centre, Private Banking and home-buying teams.
