About Codema
What is Codema?
Codema is Dublin's Energy Agency, a not-for-profit limited-by-guarantee company set up to support the city's transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient future. The team works directly with Dublin's four local authorities (Dublin City, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, South Dublin) on energy efficiency, low-carbon heating, retrofits, renewable generation, and the SEAI Sustainable Energy Communities programme.

Dublin office, hybrid working. The team of ~30 covers project management, engineering, communications, and policy roles.
