CluneTech''s headquarters is in Kilkenny, Ireland (IDA Business & Technology Park, R95 ETN5) with a second major hub in Varna, Bulgaria (1 Bacho Kiro Str., floor 8). The group offers hybrid and remote work options across both locations.

Work-Life Balance
Flexi Hours let employees work 40 hours across 4.5 days to "avail of a ½ free day each week". One day a week is Meeting-Free Friday — guaranteed deep-focus time across the group. Lifework Days give ½ day every quarter to "get your lifework done". Compassionate Leave provides up to 4 weeks paid leave for the loss of a loved one. Pregnancy Loss Leave is 5 paid days (applicable for partners too). Pet Compassionate Leave is up to 2 days paid for the loss of a beloved pet. Marriage, Separation and Divorce Leave is up to 5 paid days. A paid Volunteer Day is available annually.
