About CLO Virtual Fashion
What is CLO Virtual Fashion?
CLO Virtual Fashion makes 3D garment-design software. Its adverts describe it as the creator of CLO and Marvelous Designer, programs used in fashion, film and game development, and its product range also covers CLO-SET (a digital asset management and collaboration platform) and CONNECT (a digital fashion hub and marketplace). The adverts say it was "Founded in 2009". The About page, read on 7 November 2026, says "CLO works across 16 offices in 12 countries, with team members speaking more than 15 languages" and "Designers in Seoul collaborate with engineers in Bengaluru and account teams in São Paulo every day". The About page's headline figures give "People" as 450+ ("Employees providing localized service and support to users in every region we operate in"), and a December 2024 article in the Korean trade outlet FashionBiz reported about 400 employees worldwide: "2024년 기준 글로벌 12개국에 14개 오피스를 보유하고 있으며 전 세계 곳곳에 약 400명의 직원을 보유하고 있다." (English: as of 2024 it had 14 offices in 12 countries and about 400 employees around the world).
Where will I work?
The careers site introduces a Yeoksam office in Seoul ("클로버추얼패션 역삼 오피스를 소개해요! (feat. GFC)", English: introducing the CLO Virtual Fashion Yeoksam office, featuring GFC) and a Jeju office, and its Yeoksam post says visitors who step out at floor 42 of the Gangnam Finance Center (GFC) meet the CLO welcome wall ("GFC 42층에서 내리면 클로버추얼패션의 CI와 유저 분들의 영상이 모두를 환영해요.", English: when you get out at GFC floor 42, the CLO Virtual Fashion logo and user videos welcome everyone). No number of office days is stated anywhere.
What is the CLO Virtual Fashion team like?
The careers site, written in Korean, describes decisions taken together and a flat structure ("직급/직위 없는 수평 구조", English: a flat structure without ranks or positions). Its Culture page says "우리는 '본사'와 '지사'에 구분을 두지 않습니다." (English: we make no distinction between headquarters and branches), and the About page says "We hire and work with locals of each respective region". Seoul adverts add that colleagues share work with CLOvers worldwide on Slack ("전세계 CLOver들과 Slack으로 업무를 공유하고 소통하고 있어요.", English: we share work and communicate with CLOvers around the world on Slack) and aim for a non-hierarchical culture ("Non hierarchy를 지향해요.").
