From day one, we've committed 50% of company profits to climate action. To date, the work we do for clients has helped us give over $500,000 to organizations like Climate Changemakers, Climate Nexus, WE ACT for Environmental Justice, and others. We give 10% of profits to employees through our profit-sharing program, ensuring that everyone benefits from our collective success. In 2021, we adopted a 32-hour work week to give people more time to recharge away from work—because we believe that better rested people do better work.
