The company serves over 15,000 end users per hour, processing 12 million datapoints per day across 5 datacentres on 3 continents. According to the company's own figures, around 5% of UK households have used one of its services. BrandPipe offers pay-for-play development, fixed-quote pricing, subscription tiers, per-user licensing and metered APIs backed by greater-than-99.99% uptime warranties. Sister company BrandPipe Systems operates the CreditPipe (white-label consumer credit applications) and PinDoctor (medical data services for health and life insurers) platforms.

What is the BrandPipe team like?
The leadership team is anchored by co-founders Geoff Slaughter (CEO, with Relationship, Contracts, Finance and Compliance remit) and Theo Radu (CTO, leading Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure and vendor management). Vicky Brentnall serves as Non-Executive Director providing board strategy and mentoring. The engineering core includes Principal Engineers David Masters and Matt Kimber alongside Product Dev Manager Yasmin Sharp and Head of Client Services Cathy Wallace.
BrandPipe also operates a notable clinical-and-specialist advisory team — Dr Ellie Scott-Gray (MD, clinical lead, neurodivergence consultant), Dr Nick Erwood (Process Transformation, PhD in Operational Analysis), Grainne Yeatman (Autism/ADHD specialist), Ellie De Abreu (Paediatric OT), Scot Greathead (Implementation Science) and Lisa Blenkinsop (Governance/FCA) — reflecting the company's strength in regulated health and financial markets. Work-Life Balance
BrandPipe joined the UK 4 Day Week Foundation's flagship trial in November 2024, reducing working time to 32 hours per week including breaks with no reduction in pay. The 6-month trial was run by the 4 Day Week Foundation alongside Timewise with research support from the University of Cambridge, Boston College and The Autonomy Institute. CEO Geoff Slaughter presented BrandPipe's findings to Ministers and business leaders at the House of Commons in October 2025. The company prepared with 6 weeks of workshops, new working patterns and new prioritisation strategies and tools. Days are staggered so that "a BrandPipe SME and decision maker available to clients in all key areas across the working week", with each team member's responsibilities shadowed by another and email signatures showing availability.
