Be Equitable, originally known as Cook Ross, is a mid-sized consulting firm specializing in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA).

Our rebrand from Cook Ross to Be Equitable in 2022 marked a renewed commitment to address and embed IDEA into the core of organizational practices, reflecting our evolution and deepening dedication to this critical work.
