What is Apex?
Apex (Apex Evaluation) is a US-based program-evaluation and data-analysis firm headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The firm's mission is Systems Learning™, described as "a systematic and unifying approach for building a body of evidence that links data with testimony from credible witnesses" — a structured methodology optimised for equity and learning that "elevates a diversity of perspectives, prioritizing those closest to the work and those most affected by the work."
Apex partners with state-level agencies, schools, universities, and community-based organizations on programs that address barriers to academic and social success. Their primary area of growth has been in health and social services — particularly school-based health centers, after-school programs, teen pregnancy, and suicide prevention programs.
