Our ideal profile
-
You hold a degree in design and have at least 3 years of experience in Product Design and/or UI Design, ideally in a B2C, e-commerce, or media environment.
-
You possess solid UX and UI skills, with a true graphic sensibility and particular attention to detail.
-
You are comfortable across the entire Design spectrum: strategy, Discovery, and Delivery.
-
You use data to inform and challenge your design decisions.
-
You know how to prototype quickly to test and iterate, using Figma or other tools like Framer or Claude Code.
-
You are comfortable collaborating in a trio with PMs and developers, and defending your design choices.
-
You are curious about new uses and tools, particularly how AI can enrich your practice.
Our recruitment process
You send your CV and we then take the time to carefully review your application. If it is a match, our discussions will continue (via video call or in-person at our offices):
-
First with Bérengère, Recruitment Manager, for an initial phone call (30 min),
-
Then you will meet Alexandre, Product Manager, and Aurélie, Product Designer, at our offices for a personalized practical case study (75 min),
-
Finally, you will speak with Capucine, CPO, during a video interview (45 min).
Your portfolio will be particularly important to us!
We will look to understand what you actually designed and contributed: your reasoning, your graphic choices, the constraints you faced, and how you evolved the experience up to the delivered product.
Show us interfaces you are proud of, the details that make the difference, and how you managed to bring that extra touch of delightful, even with delivery constraints.
