We're looking for a Workplace Operations Program Manager to help run the heart of our San Francisco HQ. This role is equal parts operational excellence and people-first thinking — you'll keep the office running smoothly day-to-day while also designing the programs and experiences that make our workplace somewhere people genuinely love to be. This person will report to the Sr. Director, Workplace
What you'll be doing:
Facilities & Office Operations
- Own the day-to-day physical operation of the office — including morning restocking of kitchens, common areas, and supplies; beverage and fridge management; shower room upkeep; reception; mailroom operations; and coffee machine maintenance
- Manage food, beverage, and lunch service programs end-to-end, including vendor relationships, employee messaging, usage monitoring, and budget alignment
- Oversee office supply ordering, backstock management, and financial oversight across facilities operations
Vendor & Space Management
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery across HQ — including janitorial, Creative Plant, Cintas, and other contractors — holding partners accountable to SLAs and presenting optimization recommendations
- Own the desk residency program, including strategy, team seating assignments, space allocation, and day-to-day tracking and communications
- Enforce parking garage policies and manage access control, including credential issuance, audits, and coordination with Security on compliance and escalations
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that strengthen company culture and create moments of surprise and delight that reflect our values
- Own daily employee support — responding to tickets, serving as an approachable resource, and continuously evolving our operations playbook to ensure a safe, inclusive environment
Policy, Process & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Develop and iterate workplace policies and processes that maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with partners across People, IT, Facilities, Security, and Finance, clearly communicating complex concepts and adjusting messaging based on stakeholder needs
- Partner with Internal Events, Employee Experience, and other cross-functional teams to execute company events including all-hands and onsites
What you should have:
- 4+ years experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or a related field
- Strong vendor management skills with demonstrated ability to hold partners accountable to SLAs and budgets
- Experience managing space planning, seating programs, or desk residency initiatives
- Experience with annual planning, budgets, and tracking expenses
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex and adapt your message to any audience
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal guidanceA genuine passion for creating inclusive, people-first workplace experiences
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties). Relocation assistance may be available.
For this role, the Hiring Manager would like folks to be in the office 4 days a week.
The annual US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $139,500 + equity + benefits . Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include benefits.
