About the job
For the Warehouse team within the Supply Chain department, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator. In this role, you are responsible for performing warehouse activities in accordance with established instructions, standard procedures, and cGMP standards. The goal is to deliver the agreed-upon products within the set timelines and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing delivered goods, including checks on quantity, quality, product documentation, etc.
- Selecting, packing, and/or shipping goods to internal and external customers
- Processing expired or damaged goods according to known waste streams and processes
- Monitoring various inventory levels in the relevant warehouses
- Processing material transactions in the relevant Sanofi systems
- Completing and archiving internal documents in accordance with related procedures
Work location: This is a position in team C; you will work at the Sanofi warehouse (cipalstraat 8, 2440 Geel), as well as at Kuehne+Nagel (Klaus-michael kuehnelaan 8, 2440 Geel).
Example work schedule:
V8 = 6am - 2pm
D8 = working with flexible hours
week 1: Mon - Wed V8 / Sat - Sun V8
week 2: Mon - Wed D8 / Sat - Sun D8
week 3: Mon - Wed V8 / Fri - Sun V8
week 4: Tue - Fri D8
About you

Experience: You have experience working in a regulated environment with cGMP procedures

Soft skills and technical skills:
- You have knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- You are a team player and a good communicator
- You handle changing working conditions well
- You can work independently
- You work in an orderly, accurate, and safety-conscious manner

Education:
- You possess a valid forklift certificate
- You possess a category B driver's license

Languages: You are fluent in Dutch, both orally, in writing, and in reading.
