Vaccines Sr. Marketing Specialist
You will be responsible for leading the comprehensive Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement strategy for the Vaccines portfolio in Colombia and Ecuador, including established franchises, the pediatric portfolio, and upcoming strategic launches.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing omnichannel strategies aimed at strengthening the scientific leadership of our brands, accelerating clinical adoption, and generating sustainable relationships with physicians, nurses, scientific societies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare institutions, always under the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
As the HCP strategy leader for the franchise, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Force, Access, Policy, and other key stakeholders to develop promotional plans, medical education programs, customer segmentation, insight generation, and engagement strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
Additionally, you will play a fundamental role in preparing and executing upcoming launches of the vaccines portfolio, developing market preparation strategies, strengthening scientific positioning, and commercial enablement to ensure successful implementation in Colombia and Ecuador.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the comprehensive Healthcare Professional (HCP) strategy for the Vaccines portfolio in Colombia and Ecuador
Design and implement the HCP strategy for established franchises, HPV, the pediatric portfolio, and future launches, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives
2. Develop scientific leadership and clinical positioning of the portfolio.
Build scientific engagement strategies with key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, institutions, and other key stakeholders to strengthen clinical adoption and brand leadership in the market.
3. Design medical education programs and omnichannel engagement.
Lead the development and implementation of continuing medical education programs, omnichannel strategies, and differentiated scientific experiences that increase knowledge, commitment, and portfolio adoption by healthcare professionals.
4. Connection with the Sales Force.
Develop the promotional strategy directed at healthcare professionals, ensuring that the Sales Force has solid scientific messages, promotional materials, tools, and capabilities that maximize the quality of interaction with prioritized healthcare professionals.
5. Generate strategic insights and support business decision-making.
Analyze market trends, healthcare professional behavior, campaign performance, and scientific evidence that strengthen the HCP strategy & optimize the healthcare professional experience
6. Lead scientific preparation and Sales Force Training for new launches.
Design and implement HCP Engagement strategies for upcoming portfolio launches, ensuring early market preparation, development of internal sales force capabilities, and successful execution during different launch phases
7. Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate business growth.
Work in an integrated manner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Force, Access, Policy, Commercial Operations, and other functional areas to ensure coordinated execution of HCP strategies and maximize business impact.

Optimize and adapt global and regional assets according to the HCP Journey and strategic segmentation.

Collaborate with regional and local teams to identify, prioritize, and adapt high-value scientific and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the HCP strategy, priority segments, and specific market needs.

Maximize resource efficiency, accelerate omnichannel execution, and ensure a consistent, relevant, and differentiated experience for healthcare professionals.

Candidate requirements:
-
Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Health Sciences (Medicine, Nursing, Bacteriology, Pharmacy, or related fields) or related careers.

3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, or customer engagement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, vaccines, or medical devices.

Proven experience in designing and implementing strategies directed at Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including scientific programs, customer engagement, sales force, and omnichannel execution.

Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.

Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven strategies, generate business insights, and translate them into action plans with commercial impact.

Strong communication skills, influence, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, including interaction with key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and commercial teams.

High capacity for planning, prioritization, and simultaneous management of multiple projects in dynamic and highly complex environments.

Knowledge of regulatory and Compliance principles applicable to the pharmaceutical industry and product promotion.

Intermediate-advanced English level
