ABOUT THE POSITION
YOUR MAIN MISSION
As a field sales and operations agent, you are a key player in operations and a representative of the flibco brand.
Working outdoors, in direct contact with passengers, you combine active sales, passenger flow management and departure coordination.
Your objective: convert travelers to the flibco solution, while ensuring smooth boarding organization and a quality customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure direct contact with passengers and represent flibco in the field
- Develop active sales of transport tickets and manage the cash related to field sales
- Ensure customer service that meets quality standards and operational procedures
- Oversee passenger reception, guidance and flow management
- Coordinate boarding and departures, in compliance with the transport schedule, safety and punctuality
- Promote the flibco offer through clear and convincing communication
