As a Technical Animation Director at Ubisoft Montréal, you will join a small, autonomous team developing a multiplayer experience in Unreal Engine. You will guide the development of fluid, expressive, and high-performance animation systems while ensuring alignment between creative goals and technical constraints.

You will collaborate closely with the animation, rigging, programming, and tools teams to create reliable and scalable production pipelines tailored to the project's ambitions.

What you will do:
