As a Team Production Manager within our Autonomous Production Unit, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising the manufacturing activities of operators on shift (2×8). Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of people and assets, including implementing safeguards to preserve the integrity of people, assets, and products in case of anomalies
  • Ensure production targets are met, analyze variances, define action plans, and make necessary decisions to meet the needs of internal or external customers
  • Apply and enforce regulations and directives related to the activity and Group and site standards, in terms of HSE, Quality, Supply, People & Culture, Procurement, and Information Systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in sectors through Lean tools: monitoring work standards, audits and updates; visual management of activities; use of problem-solving methods, 5S, SMED, and TPM
  • Lead performance management meetings for your sector and monitor the indicators necessary to manage the activity

About you

  • Experience: Mastery of dry form processes is important, as well as knowledge of HR processes (training, internal regulations), HSE procedures and rules
  • You have good knowledge of information systems (ERP, CMMS, computerized batch records, planning)
  • Experience in a similar position on an industrial site in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry will be a plus

  • Education: Engineering degree, Master's in pharmacy, or Pharmacist with PhD

The salary range for this position is: €54 400,00 - €72 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
