Salary conditions
2,100 EUR/month
We offer salary negotiation starting from this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.
Purpose and scope of work
Your role as Team Leader will be to:
- Coordinate business and service activities with the aim of effectively selling products and services to clients.
- Sell banking products, services and third-party products.
- Provide information and advice to clients with the aim of maximizing the bank's revenues.
- Carry out financial brokering of products and services from the portfolio of the company's subsidiaries and contractual partners.
- Ensure fulfilment of the tasks of the branch's business and financial plan.
- Mentor and coach newly hired employees and continuously support the sales team at the branch.
- Ad-hoc reporting.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- have secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita),
- have excellent written and spoken communication in Slovak,
- have a strong client orientation,
- have analytical thinking,
- have natural sales skills,
- are goal-oriented,
- have high flexibility and a proactive approach,
- have communication skills,
- are able to make decisions and take responsibility,
- have PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
An advantage if you have:
- university education,
- knowledge of English,
- knowledge of banking products and processes,
- experience in managing a team and developing employees.
