Salary conditions
1 850 EUR/month
We are open to discussing a salary starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.
Purpose and scope of the job
Your tasks as Team Leader will be:
- Coordinating sales and service activities with the aim of effectively selling products and services to clients.
- Selling banking products, services and third-party products.
- Providing information and advice to clients with the aim of maximizing the bank's revenues.
- Carrying out financial intermediation of products and services from the portfolio of the company's subsidiaries and contractual partners.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the branch's business and financial plan tasks.
- Mentoring and coaching newly hired employees and providing ongoing support to the branch's sales team.
- Ad-hoc reporting.

- Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field

- have secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita),
- have excellent written and oral communication skills in Slovak,
- have a strong client-oriented approach,
- have analytical thinking,
- have natural sales skills,
- are goal-oriented,
- have high flexibility and a proactive approach,
- have communication skills,
- are able to make decisions and take responsibility,
- have PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Advantageous if you have:
- university education,
- knowledge of English,
- knowledge of banking products and processes,
- experience in team management and employee development.
