Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Team Assistant- Full‑Time
Location: Salisbury, MD
Salary Range: $34,000–$44,000 annually
Schedule: 4‑day, 36-hour work week — Monday through Thursday
Position Summary
The PRP Team Assistant will primarily provide full administrative support and general assistance to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains demographic and contact information in records current.
- Manage representative payee accounts.
- Contact and complete 30-day follow-ups.
- Triage calls and new referrals
- Participate as required in team meetings to ensure administrative coordination.
- Ensure insurance and other intake data from new patients is in records; maintain collaborative relationships with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management, administration, finance.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid full driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Knowledge of insurance billing, coding, and authorizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources, space, time & personnel to meet performance objectives.
