Job description
A true key player in our growth, you are at the heart of our recruitment strategy. From identifying the best profiles to onboarding them, you manage the entire recruitment process with full autonomy, with one goal: attract, recruit and retain the talents who will make the difference!
🎯 Your day-to-day missions
- Detect the best candidates: identify and attract the best candidates through jobboards, social networks and your sourcing skills.
- Manage recruitment from A to Z: phone and in-person interviews, support candidates at every stage of the process, organize assessments, negotiate salary conditions and handle the drafting and signing of employment contracts.
- Support and develop: coach consultants throughout their career and help them develop their potential.
- Ensure a successful onboarding: provide regular follow-up of new consultants through various check-in points, to foster their well-being and success.

Qualifications
🎯 The profile we are looking for
Holder of a Master's degree (M2), from a business school or a university, do you enjoy challenges, are you driven by goals and committed to surpassing yourself every day?
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or headhunting, ideally in a Finance or Tech environment? You have a taste for challenge, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference?
