Job description
A true key player in our growth, you are at the heart of our recruitment strategy. From identifying the best profiles to onboarding them, you independently manage the entire recruitment process, with one goal: attracting, recruiting and retaining the talent that will make the difference!
🎯 Your day-to-day missions
- Find the best candidates: identify and attract the best candidates through job boards, social networks and your sourcing skills.
- Manage recruitment from A to Z: phone and in-person interviews, supporting candidates at each stage of the process, organising assessments, negotiating salary conditions, and handling the drafting and signing of employment contracts.
- Support and develop: coach consultants throughout their career and help them develop their potential.
- Ensure a successful onboarding: provide regular follow-up for new consultants through various check-ins, to foster their well-being and success.

Qualifications
🎯 The profile we are looking for
Holding a Master's degree (M2), from a business school or a university, you enjoy challenges, are driven by goals and are committed to surpassing yourself every day?
You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or headhunting, ideally in a capital markets finance and/or Tech environment? You have a taste for challenge, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference?
