Overview
Within the Group Technology & Services of Intesa Sanpaolo, and more specifically the Digital & Cloud Technology department, you will join the team responsible for managing and continuously improving the company's IT infrastructure for workstations (PCs and mobile devices).
What your responsibilities will be
- Administer and monitor Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems
- Administer on-premises environments, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Ensure high standards of availability and performance for endpoint systems
- Second-level Incident & Problem Management
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Produce and update technical documentation and operating procedures
- Proactive Monitoring & Action
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, process and validate data from heterogeneous corporate systems
- Prepare dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
- Monitor KPIs, analyze trends and identify deviations from objectives
- Produce reports for management and support decision-making processes
Who we are looking for
If you have the following qualifications, we are waiting for you:
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
- Degree in STEM disciplines
- Knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
- Knowledge of macOS operating systems
- Knowledge of mobile device systems
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and products
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP and authentication services
- Knowledge of the main Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune)
- Knowledge of the main network protocols
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Knowledge of the PowerShell scripting language and automation tools
- Intermediate English language skills
- Skills in AI
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
- Experience managing hybrid infrastructures
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Experience gained through academic and/or work programs in an international context is a preferred qualification.
