Job Description
Join a cross-functional support team of 6 people at the heart of electronic trading activities on FOREX and FIXED INCOME products. Based in Paris, our team works on several critical applications used daily by traders, sales and middle officers.
As a Technical-Functional Support Specialist, you play a central role in the proper functioning of trading-related applications:
- Assist users (traders, sales, middle officers)
- Manage incidents and anomalies related to trading applications
- Conduct investigations on complex functional issues
- Identify recurring incidents and contribute to their sustainable resolution
- Collaborate with production teams to improve analysis and monitoring tools
- Maintain regular communication with project teams to track application developments
- Document procedures and create support materials to build knowledge within the team
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Wishes to evolve in a rich functional environment (FOREX and FIXED INCOME products)
- Enjoys working in direct contact with end users in a reactive context
- Has solid technical foundations (SQL, Linux)
- Is comfortable in an international environment
- Demonstrates rigor, teamwork spirit, openness and proactivity
- Is capable of interacting effectively with varied stakeholders: developers, support, traders, middle/back office teams, compliance
- Masters English, both written and spoken
Required Technical Skills:
- Linux, Windows
- Language: SQL (mastery of basic to intermediate queries)
- Analysis: Linux commands (log analysis)
