Key responsibilities:

Take part in creating and tracking purchase orders for raw materials and industrial supplies

Contribute to the supply of specific materials for batch production across multiple vaccine sites by managing logistics flows, tracking deliveries, and communicating with stakeholders

Help enter and update tracking data for orders, logistics flows and material batches in the dedicated tools, ensuring the reliability and traceability of information

Take part in meetings with suppliers to follow up on current orders

Support the management of inventory processes, including inventory reviews, monitoring destruction processes, tracking indicators and improving tools

Contribute to improving the tools used to steer and monitor supply operations, including specifying requirements, building indicators, and testing and deploying them with users
About you

Technical and interpersonal skills: rigor, strong interpersonal skills, autonomy. Knowledge of supply chain, knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP, Power Query, and advanced Excel skills

Education: Bac+5 (master's level) in supply chain, purchasing or industrial logistics

Languages: fluent English
