As an intern within our mRNA supply planning team, you will participate in the creation and tracking of purchase orders, as well as the implementation of reporting tools and KPIs to improve visibility into supplier performance. Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:
● Participate in the creation and tracking of purchase orders for raw materials and industrial supplies
● Contribute to the codification in SAP of new items used by producers, in compliance with GMP rules, in liaison with quality and production teams
● Collaborate on entering and updating order tracking data in dedicated tools, ensuring the reliability and traceability of information
● Support the team with regular Excel reporting on order status and lead times
● Take part in meetings with suppliers to track ongoing orders
● Support the Business Excellence team in setting up a calculation for a supplier order performance indicator, such as requirement specification, indicator construction, testing, and deployment to users
About you
● Technical and soft skills: communication, rigor, autonomy. Experience in supply chain would be a plus. Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and MS Office tools
● Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in supply chain, purchasing, or industrial logistics
● Languages: intermediate English
