As an intern within our mRNA supply planning team, you will participate in the creation and monitoring of GMP and non-GMP purchase orders, as well as in the implementation of reporting tools and KPIs to improve supplier performance visibility. Ready to get started?

Key responsibilities:

● Participate in the creation and monitoring of purchase orders for raw materials and industrial supplies

● Contribute to the coding in SAP of new items used by producers, in compliance with good manufacturing practice rules, in coordination with quality and production teams

● Collaborate on the entry and updating of order tracking data in dedicated tools, ensuring information reliability and traceability

● Support the team with regular Excel reporting on order status and delivery schedules

● Participate in meetings with suppliers to monitor ongoing orders

● Support the Business Excellence team in implementing a calculation of a supplier order performance indicator, such as requirement specification, indicator construction, testing, and deployment to users

About you

● Technical and interpersonal skills: communication, rigor, autonomy. Supply chain experience would be a plus. Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP. Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and MS Office tools

● Education: bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in supply chain, procurement, or industrial logistics

● Languages: intermediate English
