Area Overview:

The SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment of Experian Spanish Latam is the business unit responsible for serving and commercially developing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in the country. The segment manages a broad base of corporate clients that demand data, analytics, and innovation solutions to optimize their credit, collections, fraud prevention, identity validation, automation, and digitalization processes.

SMB is structured into three major teams: Acquisition (responsible for acquiring new clients), Deepening (responsible for retention, growth, and portfolio expansion among existing clients), and After-sales (which ensures correct operation and customer satisfaction).
