Your Mission:
Contribute to the financial health of Cabify Peru through efficient management of accounts receivable, accelerating their conversion into cash flow and reducing delinquency. You will also drive the improvement and automation of Collections processes based on data analysis.
How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Identify, reconcile, and record payments and credits received in bank accounts into the accounting system.
- Manage the accounts receivable portfolio, prioritizing actions based on age, risk, and financial impact.
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor the portfolio, analyze payment trends, and propose action plans.
- Contribute to the reduction of the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), overdue balances, and the risk of uncollectibility.
- Design and strengthen policies, controls, and communication flows associated with the collections process.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Accounting, FP&A, B2B, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and ensure payment commitments are met.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and artificial intelligence initiatives that increase the efficiency, traceability, and scalability of the process.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- More than two years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or similar positions.
- Solid knowledge of accounts receivable management and collection processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Essential: experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience or knowledge in process automation and artificial intelligence applied to collections.
- Participation in continuous improvement or process transformation projects.
- Analytical, autonomous, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
- Desirable: knowledge of Zendesk.
