&samhoud is looking for an enthusiastic student Office Support for our office in Utrecht. Are you a welcoming and cheerful student who gets energy from helping others and creating a pleasant work environment? Then we would love to meet you.
In this role, you are an important link within our office. You ensure that colleagues, clients, and guests feel welcome and provide support where necessary with a variety of tasks.
What will you do?
No two days are the same. One moment you are welcoming guests with a good cup of coffee, the next you are helping to prepare an important client session or ensuring that colleagues can enjoy our daily fresh lunch. Furthermore:
- You support reception and office tasks.
- You help project assistants with the preparation of client sessions.
- You work with colleagues to ensure a well-maintained and pleasant office environment.
- You take on all kinds of incidental tasks that contribute to a smoothly running office.
Who are you?
- You are a university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO) student and preferably live in Utrecht.
- You are looking for a flexible part-time job alongside your studies for approximately 8-16 hours per week.
- You are hospitable, social, proactive, and take initiative.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are flexible; we always schedule hours in consultation and take your studies into account.
- Experience in hospitality or reception work is a plus, but not a requirement.
