Job Description
- Lead account and card products within the credit marketplace.
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized opportunities, initiatives, and roadmaps.
- Ensure product decisions are connected to business outcomes and company goals.
- Conduct and support discovery processes, hypothesis validation, and product strategy definition.
- Orchestrate alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure quality in execution, clarity of priorities, and a focus on generating value for customers and the business.
- Support the building of a product culture based on data, continuous learning, and experimentation.
- Evolution of strategic results for the domain under your responsibility.
- Quality and predictability of roadmap execution.
- Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to transform strategy into measurable business impact.
