Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Technology team, with a focus on delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
Leads people, manages complex projects, and sustains critical applications, with direct impact on customer experience and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Engineering teams (squads, operations, and vendors).
- Develop people and build new leadership.
- Manage vendors and technical contracts.
- Plan and manage system evolution and implementation projects.
- Manage project budgets and monitor KPIs.
- Prioritize backlog with Product based on criticality and business impact.
- Define and execute implementation strategies for new features.
- Translate business needs into technical roadmap and action plan.
- Manage technical risks and mitigate impacts.
- Ensure technical quality, performance, and reliability of solutions.
- Apply and evolve agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
- Manage operational indicators (SLA, productivity, quality).
- Experience in system development cycles.
- Experience in evolving technical squads or operating applications.
- Experience managing high-complexity technical projects (platform or infrastructure).
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization with the business.
- Experience managing operational indicators and KPIs.
- Ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Communication skills for interaction with technical and executive teams.
- Previous experience as a Developer (Java, .NET, Python or similar).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or modern frameworks).
Qualifications
- Experience in Cloud environment (AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, observability, and resilient architecture.
- Experience with recurring budget management or budget allocation.
- Work on high-visibility initiatives with strategic impact.
- Experience with distributed teams or global context.
