Job Description

Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Technology team, with a focus on delivery, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.

Leads people, manages complex projects, and sustains critical applications, with direct impact on customer experience and business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Engineering teams (squads, operations, and vendors).
  • Develop people and build new leadership.
  • Manage vendors and technical contracts.
  • Plan and manage system evolution and implementation projects.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor KPIs.
  • Prioritize backlog with Product based on criticality and business impact.
  • Define and execute implementation strategies for new features.
  • Translate business needs into technical roadmap and action plan.
  • Manage technical risks and mitigate impacts.
  • Ensure technical quality, performance, and reliability of solutions.
  • Apply and evolve agile frameworks and modern engineering practices.
  • Manage operational indicators (SLA, productivity, quality).
  • Experience in system development cycles.
  • Experience in evolving technical squads or operating applications.
  • Experience managing high-complexity technical projects (platform or infrastructure).
  • Experience in backlog management and prioritization with the business.
  • Experience managing operational indicators and KPIs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
  • Communication skills for interaction with technical and executive teams.
  • Previous experience as a Developer (Java, .NET, Python or similar).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or modern frameworks).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cloud environment (AWS) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, observability, and resilient architecture.
  • Experience with recurring budget management or budget allocation.
  • Work on high-visibility initiatives with strategic impact.
  • Experience with distributed teams or global context.
