Overview

You will join the Group Technology structure of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group within the Anti-Financial Crimes Systems department, where you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to support Anti-Money Laundering processes (Transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer, Sanction, Regulatory reporting).

What your activities will be

  • Analyze, design, and develop technological solutions and data components to support software systems and their integration with the application landscape outside the department
  • Define technical components and the integrations necessary to meet requirements
  • Master AI platforms to accelerate development and improve software quality
  • Support the functional team in choosing the best technological options
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to define the Work Progress Status, in order to identify and address project criticalities and risks
  • Maintain consistency between developed solutions and company standards with reference to Cyber, Privacy, Change Management, and Data Man./Data Quality
  • Support the work team during the delivery phase of technological solutions and in maintenance phases regarding problem determination

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the role
  • Degree or specialized diploma in an IT-scientific field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics)
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Knowledge of DB (Oracle, Mongo, Postgres, SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of data modeling languages (Erwin)
  • Knowledge of native Google Cloud platform tools (BigQuery, Looker)
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SAS
  • Knowledge of Java (Spring framework)
  • Knowledge of data transformation (ETL) and data communication technologies
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems (Apache Kafka)
  • Knowledge of versioning systems (git, RTC, Bitbucket)
  • Knowledge of DevOps development methodology
  • Knowledge of IT Governance tools (incident management, IT quality)
  • Knowledge of Claude code, Copilot

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

  • Information systems in the banking and Anti-Money Laundering sector
  • Intesa Sanpaolo corporate information system
  • Corporate IT delivery processes
