Overview
You will join the Group Technology Structure of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group within the Anti-Financial Crime Systems area, where you will analyse, design and develop innovative solutions supporting anti-money laundering processes (Transaction monitoring, Know Your Customer, Sanctions, Regulatory reporting).
What you will do
- Analyse, design and develop technology solutions and data components supporting software systems and their integrations with the application landscape outside the area
- Define the technical components and integrations needed to meet requirements
- Master any AI platforms in order to accelerate development and improve software quality
- Support the functional team in choosing the best technology options
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define the Work Progress Status, in order to identify and address project critical issues and risks
- Maintain consistency between what is developed and company standards with regard to Cyber, Privacy, Change Management and Data Management/Data Quality
- Support the work team in the delivery phase of technology solutions and in maintenance phases in terms of problem determination
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in the role
- Degree or specialist diploma in computer science or science (computer engineering, computer science, physics)
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of operating systems
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, Mongo, Postgres, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of data modelling languages (Erwin)
- Knowledge of native Google Cloud platform tools (BigQuery, Looker)
- Knowledge of Python, R, SAS
- Knowledge of Java (Spring framework)
- Knowledge of data transformation (ETL) and data communication technologies
- Knowledge of event management systems (Apache Kafka)
- Knowledge of version control systems (git, RTC, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of the DevOps development methodology
- Knowledge of IT governance tools (incident management, IT quality)
- Knowledge of Claude Code, Copilot
Knowledge of the following will be considered a preferred advantage:
- Information systems in the banking and anti-money laundering sector
- Intesa Sanpaolo company information system
- Corporate IT delivery processes
- Having completed study and/or work experience in an international context
