Solution Architect - HR People & ERP Platform

Overview

You will join the HR People & ERP Application Platform within the Domain Governance Functions of Group Technology. You will be responsible for designing and defining application and architectural solutions supporting the HR domain of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the largest private employers in Italy. You will contribute to the evolution of HR systems by integrating modern cloud and on-premise solutions from market leaders. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate the suppliers who will support you in the role.

What you will do

  • Design, define and contribute to the evolution of application and architectural solutions supporting the digital transformation of HR
  • Work with the Design Authority team in the architectural governance process, ensuring adherence to standards and the sustainability of solutions
  • Evaluate and integrate modern cloud-based and on-premise software solutions from the main market suppliers (including SAP Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Successfactors, SAP BDC/DataSphere, Databricks, ServiceNow)
  • Manage relationships with HR business owners for requirements analysis and with stakeholders involved in business and project processes
  • Work with Project Managers to define Work Progress Statuses (SAL), identify critical issues and proactively manage project risks
  • Ensure that activities are consistent with company standards and regulations regarding Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management and compliance

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the role, ideally with knowledge of the HR domain
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines
  • Knowledge, evaluation and design of application and architectural solutions
  • Knowledge of paradigms and models of software integration, both cloud and on-premise
  • Knowledge of development methodologies, the software life cycle and modern IT architectures
  • Ability to optimise and validate estimates, project plans and the drafting of technical specifications
  • English at minimum level B1

  • Having completed study and/or work experience in an international context
