About the opportunity

We are looking for a professional to work on a global initiative focused on AI Native SaaS solutions, connecting technology, product, and customer experience. This person will be responsible for translating business challenges into practical and scalable solutions, acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders from different regions around the world.

More than someone with strong technical knowledge, we are looking for a consultative, strategic profile oriented toward real resolution of customer pain points.

Responsibilities

  • Work with global multifunctional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Customer Success, and Business).
  • Deeply understand customer challenges and transform business needs into viable and scalable solutions.
  • Translate technical and functional requirements between technical and non-technical areas.
  • Support the definition of AI Native SaaS solutions aligned with market needs and customer experience.
  • Conduct consultative discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize solutions that generate real impact for the customer, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business value.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and roadmap definition.
  • Support the adoption and evolution of solutions based on AI and intelligent automation.
  • Work in agile and collaborative environments with globally distributed teams.

Technical and Functional Requirements

  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions, digital products, or technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, or AI Native solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and discuss solutions with engineering teams.
  • Strong problem analysis skills and structured thinking.
  • Experience in consultative work and focus on customer-centric solutions.

Communication and Business

  • Fluent English (mandatory) for daily interaction with global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Skill in simplifying complex topics and connecting technology with business value.
  • Collaborative, proactive profile oriented toward problem resolution.

Differentiators

  • Experience with AI Native products or data-driven platforms.
  • Experience in global and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), Product Discovery, or Design Thinking.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS integrations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
