Job Description

  • Continuously monitor production environments, ensuring high availability and performance of applications

  • Track and communicate quality, productivity, and system health indicators to business and product stakeholders

  • Lead and develop operations teams, promoting mentoring, feedback, and individual development plans (PDIs)

  • Participate in prioritizing operational demands with product, engineering, and business teams

  • Support the definition of architecture and technical decisions focused on resilience and observability

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on metrics and incidents

  • Monitor customer experience indicators (NPS, VOC) correlating them to the technical health of platforms

  • Manage the complete cycle of operational deliveries: planning, execution, monitoring, and post-deployment

Qualifications

  • Experience monitoring environments and operating systems in production

  • Solid knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar)

  • Proficiency in SQL queries for operational data analysis and incident investigation

  • Knowledge of SRE practices: SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, error budgets

  • Experience in technical and people leadership

  • Familiarity with NPS and VOC concepts applied to product quality

  • Knowledge of software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging)

  • Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)

  • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders

Differentials

  • Experience in the payment methods and/or marketplace segment

  • Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Cloud or SRE certifications
