Job Description

Continuously monitor production environments, ensuring high availability and performance of applications

Track and communicate quality, productivity, and system health indicators to business and product stakeholders

Lead and develop operations teams, promoting mentoring, feedback, and individual development plans (PDIs)

Participate in prioritizing operational demands with product, engineering, and business teams
-
Support the definition of architecture and technical decisions focused on resilience and observability
-
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on metrics and incidents
-
Monitor customer experience indicators (NPS, VOC) correlating them to the technical health of platforms
-
Manage the complete cycle of operational deliveries: planning, execution, monitoring, and post-deployment
Qualifications

Experience monitoring environments and operating systems in production

Solid knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar)

Proficiency in SQL queries for operational data analysis and incident investigation

Knowledge of SRE practices: SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, error budgets

Experience in technical and people leadership

Familiarity with NPS and VOC concepts applied to product quality

Knowledge of software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging)

Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS)

Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders
Differentials

Experience in the payment methods and/or marketplace segment

Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Cloud or SRE certifications
