Join Lunii as a Social Media & Content Manager!
Integrated into our Brand team and reporting to Valentine, our Marketing & Communication Manager, you will join Lunii to cover our Community Manager's maternity leave.
In a context rich with news and brand projects, your mission will be to develop the engagement of our communities and strengthen Lunii's presence on social media through creative, relevant, and high-performing content.
Your main missions will be:

Define and steer Lunii's editorial strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Build and manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with internal teams.

Identify editorial opportunities, trends, and formats to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Coordinate content creation with our graphic designer and external partners.

Imagine, produce, publish, and optimize content adapted to each platform to develop and retain our communities.

Manage moderation and interactions with our community of parents.

Track the performance of different channels, analyze KPIs, and formulate optimization recommendations.

Participate in managing key commercial moments of the year and coordinate associated communications.

Maintain active monitoring of social media usage, content trends, and industry innovations.

Our ideal profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in social media in a B2C environment, ideally during a brand launch, repositioning, or rebranding project.

You have a perfect command of the codes of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest and know how to build a coherent editorial strategy and translate it into high-performing content.

You are comfortable with planning, reporting, and performance analysis tools (Agorapulse, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent).

You enjoy analyzing the performance of your content and transforming data into concrete recommendations.

You have a strong creative sense and are constantly on the lookout for new formats and trends.

You have excellent writing skills and know how to adapt your tone to different audiences.

You are comfortable in English (minimum B2 level).

What we offer

Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD) - Executive status - Full-time daily flat-rate

Experimentation of a 4-day work week with Friday as a day off.
