As a Senior UX Designer on Blight: Survival, you’ll empower both players and the development team by shaping intuitive, elegant experiences across a vast and dynamic world of systems and interactions. You’ll define scalable UX frameworks, interaction patterns, and player flows, collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and artists to solve complex usability challenges and bring the game’s vision to life.  This is a rare opportunity to leave a real mark.    Blight: Survival is a bold, atmospheric experience where your UX work will directly shape how players survive, feel tension, and fight back. As the sole UX voice on the project, you’ll have full ownership to define the experience from the ground up: your vision, your impact, your legacy.
