You work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn, and ZDF

You design, develop, and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the entire software development process (e.g., LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation)

You have many years of experience and expertise in secure software development to implement best principles and practices for secure software development, such as NCSC, OWASP, or Mitre, in projects and adapt them to our needs

You work with modern technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Spring, or Vue – depending on your strengths and interests, you bring some of these into our projects and are responsible for IT security

You design and build secure cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, Azure, IONOS, Google) for the applications we develop

You represent Accso as a reliable partner throughout the entire project lifecycle – from acquisition to acceptance – and proactively share your knowledge
What sets you apart:

You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline
-
You bring sound, in-depth knowledge of software engineering and feel comfortable in both backend and frontend
-
You master Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and other IT security principles and have already successfully applied them in complex and demanding projects

You have profound knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and Mitre CWE Top 25, apply these practices, and avoid corresponding risks

You have experience with automation in the sense of DevOps and the integration of security tools (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST)

You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince through confident, audience-appropriate communication with a wide range of stakeholders up to board level

You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
