Senior/Principal Client Relationship Manager (m/f) in SME Region Zagreb
(Place of work: Zagreb)
The position covers the entire sales process, namely:
- contacting and acquiring new clients in the SME segment (small and medium-sized enterprises)
- direct sales of risky and non-risky products
- collecting documentation and processing requests for risky products
- writing credit proposals
- managing the existing client portfolio
- monitoring the entire business relationship with the client, taking into account the strategic guidelines of the Bank and the Group
Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:
- university degree (VSS) in economics
- 3 years of work experience in banking managing business relationships with corporate clients
- active knowledge of English in speaking and writing
