Job Description
What will be your main deliverables?

Plan, execute, and manage deadlines in labor lawsuits and administrative proceedings;

Conduct hearings and oral arguments in all instances;
-
Advise and guide company departments regarding the interpretation and application of labor legislation;

Issue opinions and consultations with the objective of mitigating risks;

Knowledge of labor law;
-
Experience in drafting Recurso de Revista (Appeals to the Superior Labor Court).
What will your day-to-day look like?

You will have contact with leaders from the most diverse areas of the company to carry out alignments to respond to the company's labor lawsuits, as well as to clarify questions regarding the labor area, aiming to provide an assertive, agile, and high-quality delivery. A deep understanding of the company and its market should be a continuous construction inherent to your day-to-day;

You will be the owner of your processes! Based on the established SLA cycles, set up your planning and stipulate the steps for meeting deadlines and/or consultations and opinions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, with an active OAB registration

Proven experience of at least 5 years in drafting procedural documents, participating in hearings, and oral arguments in the country's courts.

Previous experience in labor lawsuits and topics related to Labor Law.

Experience in law firms

English is desirable
