Job Description
Responsible for supervising Human Resources operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance with labour legislation, and a focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement and digital transformation. Will work directly on the onboarding and offboarding journeys, ensuring a positive experience for people, and will also lead analyses, indicators and executive materials to support decision-making in the business areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organise the team in daily deliveries and projects, ensuring deadlines, prioritisation and communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct and improve onboarding, transfer and offboarding journeys, with a focus on experience and efficiency.
- Create, monitor and present indicators, dashboards and executive materials for HR and business areas.
- Propose improvements, challenge existing processes and foster an environment of innovation and continuous learning.
- Report the main deliverables, progress and risks to leadership.
- Facilitate the team's collaboration with different areas of the company, navigating well between hierarchical levels and diverse profiles.
Qualifications
Hard Skills (Technical Requirements)
- Prior experience in HR, Payroll Administration or HR Operations.
- Desirable knowledge of labour legislation and personnel department routines.
- Advanced English for interactions with global teams.
- Experience in creating and presenting executive materials (HR sub-areas and business areas).
- Differential: knowledge of BI, data analysis or advanced Excel.
- Ability to lead operations and act as a potential successor to the current leadership.

- Excellent communication, with the ability to engage with different hierarchical levels.
- Strong management of deliverables, prioritisation and project organisation.
- Proactivity, initiative and boldness, acting as a protagonist.
