Senior HR Operations Specialist

About This Role: As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees, as well as HR Partners within the DACH region. Your responsibilities will include regular and complex problem resolution and case management. You will ensure that country-specific labor regulations are adhered to, delivering service that aligns with these standards. You will be integral in overseeing HR processes and, in some regions, manage benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities. Collaborating closely with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), you will ensure timely service delivery that meets set KPIs. Your role is crucial in driving process enhancements focused on customer satisfaction, cost-efficiency, and time-effectiveness. Additionally, you will lead process transitions, train HR Specialists, and maintain up-to-date process documentation, contributing to the overall success of the HR operations team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage regional program services including onboarding, offboarding, workforce management, system updates, and reporting.
  • Oversee benefits, time and attendance, and payroll activities in designated regions.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners and subject matter experts from CoEs to resolve and document complex employee issues.
  • Manage the creation and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and training of other team members.
  • Complete processes in HR systems based on global procedures.
  • Achieve set KPIs and goals while adhering to established customer service standards.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.

Who You Are: You are a dedicated professional with a keen understanding of human resources, benefits, and payroll. Your ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures is exceptional, allowing you to deliver excellent customer care for complex queries. You possess critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills, paired with a service-oriented attitude. Your willingness to train other team members and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders showcases your engaged and proactive nature. Your high energy and ability to organize and prioritize workloads make you an invaluable asset to the team. Your fluency in business English is essential, and proficiency in German would be advantageous.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) in general human resources, benefits, or payroll.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a willingness to train other team members.
  • Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, engaged and can-do attitude, proactivity.
  • High energy with the ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Fluent business English is a must; German language will be an asset.
  • Ability to learn and understand HR/IT systems; computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in process improvement and enhancement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł106,000.00-zł142,000.00
